Day 01 :

Scenic Journey to the Park & An Evening Taste of the Wild

Morning: Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe. Begin the scenic drive west, passing through rolling hills and lush tea plantations. You'll have stunning views of the Rwenzori Mountains (Mountains of the Moon) on a clear day.
Lunch: Stop for lunch in Fort Portal or at a restaurant with a view of the Rwenzoris.
Afternoon: Enter Queen Elizabeth National Park and have an en-route game drive as you make your way to your lodge. This is your first chance to spot elephants, buffaloes, and warthogs.
Evening: Settle into your lodge, which often has spectacular views of the Kazinga Channel or the park's savannah. Enjoy a sundowner while watching the sun set over the African plains.

Day 02 :

Predator Quest & The Legendary Kazinga Channel Cruise

Morning: Wake up early for a morning game drive. Head to the Kasenyi Plains, known as the prime hunting ground for the park's lion prides. The vast open savannah is also home to large herds of Uganda Kob (a primary food source for lions), elephants, and buffalo. Spotting a lion resting or on the hunt is a key highlight.
Lunch: Return to your lodge for lunch and some relaxation during the heat of the day.
Afternoon: Embark on the world-renowned Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise. This two-hour journey along the natural channel connecting Lake George and Lake Edward is a wildlife photographer's dream. You will see hundreds of hippos, giant Nile crocodiles, elephants bathing, buffalo, and countless waterbirds at close range.
Evening: Enjoy dinner at your lodge and share stories of the day's sightings.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 03 :

Exploring the Forest & Return Journey

Morning: After breakfast, you have a couple of options before departing:
- Option A (Nature Walk): Take a guided nature walk in the Maramagambo Forest. Explore this dense tropical forest to see its "Bat Cave" with thousands of bats, pythons, and diverse birdlife.
- Option B (Crater Drive): Enjoy a scenic drive through the Crater Lakes region, a breathtaking landscape dotted with deep blue lakes formed by volcanic activity. This is primarily a photographic and scenic experience.
Mid-Morning: Check out of your lodge and begin the journey back to Kampala or Entebbe.
Lunch: Stop for lunch en-route in Mbarara or at the Igongo Cultural Centre.
Afternoon: Continue the drive, arriving in Entebbe or Kampala in the early evening. You will be dropped off at your hotel or at Entebbe International Airport (recommended flight after 7:00 PM).
